  • Double storm flap concealing a zipped pocket and pen sleeves.

  • Full width lower document pockets with self-closing flaps.

  • Side hand warmer pockets with zip fastening.

  • Velcro adjustable wrap around storm cuffs.

  • Neoprene inner cuff for increased comfort.
